Using Hales Franciscan For Your Event:
Hales Franciscan High School views itself as a vital part of the learning, cultural, and recreational life of the communities we serve. As a community asset and consistent with our service commitment, the school allows individuals and organizations to use portions of its facility for certain approved events. The spaces available for use are our outdoor stadium, gymnasium, cafeteria, classrooms and library.
Those who want to use building space for their activities are expected to cover all direct expenses associated with their event as well as to contribute towards the school’s cost of maintaining its facilities.
Besides event costs, all parties must provide the school with a Certificate of Insurance that names Hales Franciscan High School and any associated entities as an additional insured. Also, the school may require sponsors of certain types of gatherings to pickup the cost to hire security personnel in a specified number for the duration of their event.
